A candidate file is created immediately, even for applications via Indeed Easy Apply and Meta Lead Forms. Your HR team can then further process the application in AFAS.

Nubos configures this field mapping so that your job postings appear with the correct data on each job board. If you change that data in AFAS, Recruit Connect automatically updates it on the job boards.

Recruit Connect links AFAS to more than 20 job boards: job postings are automatically sent out and applications return to AFAS. Recruit Enrich works with the same ATS connections and enhances applications via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and your own questions before they enter AFAS.

Recruit Connect automatically retrieves new and modified job postings from AFAS. For most job boards, changes in job title, salary, location, or description are processed within 2 hours. If you set a job posting in AFAS to closed or filled, it automatically disappears from all connected job boards.

Yes. During the setup, you choose the job boards with Nubos and we set filters based on values from AFAS, such as category, location, or salary. For example, IT job postings go to ICTerGezocht, technical positions to Technicus, and all job postings to Indeed. Nubos prepares those filters for you during the setup.

On average, one week from kickoff to go-live. After a 30-minute kickoff, Nubos sets up the connection with AFAS and the field mapping in 1 to 2 days, then you test for 2 to 3 days together with us before going live. A connection with Indeed requires an additional week for validation by Indeed.
