Link ForceFlow to job boards

Yes. Recruit Connect links ForceFlow via the ForceFlow API to over 20 job boards, including Indeed, the National Job Board, and Meta. Job postings from ForceFlow are automatically distributed and applications come directly back into ForceFlow, with screening answers and documents. Your recruiters continue to work in ForceFlow as usual.

Recruit Connect links the fields of ForceFlow to the job boards: job titles, locations, salary scales, employment types, experience levels, and custom fields. Nubos sets up that mapping in your ForceFlow configuration. If you change that data in ForceFlow, Recruit Connect automatically updates it on the job boards.

Yes. A job in ForceFlow with multiple locations appears on job boards that support this, such as Indeed, with all relevant locations. This increases your reach without posting the same job multiple times. If you change the locations in ForceFlow, Recruit Connect automatically updates that.

On average, one week from start to go-live. Nubos arranges access to the ForceFlow API, the connections to the job boards, the field mapping, and testing. If you also choose Indeed, an additional week is required for validation by Indeed.

Recruit Connect automatically retrieves new and modified job postings from ForceFlow. For most job boards, changes in job title, salary, location, or description are processed within 2 hours. If you mark a job in ForceFlow as closed or filled, it automatically disappears from all linked job boards.

Yes. During the setup, you choose the job boards with Nubos and we set filters based on values from ForceFlow, such as category, location, or salary. For example, IT jobs go to ICTerGezocht, technical positions to Technicus, and all jobs to Indeed. Nubos prepares those filters for you during the setup.

API access to ForceFlow is required for the connection; Nubos helps you arrange that. Additionally, Nubos requests a few sample job postings for testing, accounts with the job boards you want to use (which Nubos can often arrange as well), and about 30 minutes for the kickoff and 1 to 2 hours for the check.
