Connect Mysolution to job boards

Yes. Recruit Connect connects Mysolution via the Mysolution API to more than 20 job boards, including Indeed, the National Job Bank, Werkzoeken, and Technicus. Jobs synchronize automatically and applications are fully imported, with candidate data in the correct Mysolution fields. Your recruiters continue to work in Mysolution as usual.

Yes. Recruit Connect automatically converts lead forms from Facebook and Instagram into Mysolution applications, and also supports TikTok Lead Generation. Candidates from social media appear in Mysolution within minutes with a profile, just like applications via job boards. You no longer need to manually transfer leads.

Recruit Connect structures and completes applications in Mysolution: parsed CV, contact details, answers to screening questions, the source, and an automatic link to the correct job. No manual entry is needed, so you work with clean data from the start.

Nubos actively monitors all connections. If the API of a job board changes or there is a problem with the connection to Mysolution, we resolve it ourselves. If you need help, you can reach Nubos directly via phone and WhatsApp.

Recruit Connect automatically retrieves new and modified job postings from Mysolution. For most job boards, changes in job title, salary, location, or description are processed within 2 hours. If you set a job posting in Mysolution to closed or filled, it will automatically disappear from all connected job boards.

Yes. During the setup, you choose the job boards with Nubos and we set filters based on values from Mysolution, such as category, location, or salary. For example, IT job postings go to ICTerGezocht, technical positions to Technicus, and all job postings to Indeed. Nubos prepares those filters for you during the setup.

On average, one week from kickoff to going live. After a 30-minute kickoff, Nubos sets up the connection with Mysolution and the field mapping in 1 to 2 days, then you test for 2 to 3 days together with us before going live. A connection with Indeed requires an additional week for validation by Indeed.

API access to Mysolution is required for the connection; Nubos helps you arrange that. Additionally, Nubos requests a few sample job postings for testing, accounts with the job boards you want to use (which Nubos can often arrange as well), and about 30 minutes for the kickoff and 1 to 2 hours for the review.
