Link Otys to Job Boards

Yes. Nubos has been connecting Otys with job boards since 2015. Recruit Connect uses the Otys Recruiting API to automatically post jobs on more than 20 job boards, import applications with all data, and update candidate statuses. The connection works with Otys Go and Otys Recruiting.

Yes. The connection from Recruit Connect works with both Otys Go and Otys Recruiting. In both versions, jobs are automatically sent to the job boards, applications return as complete candidate records in Otys, and candidate statuses are updated. Nubos has been connecting Otys since 2015.

Each application becomes a complete candidate record in Otys: parsed CV, contact information, answers to screening questions, the source, and an automatic link to the correct vacancy. Applications via Indeed Easy Apply also come in this way, without manual entry. Your recruiters can pick up the candidate in Otys directly.

Recruit Connect aligns custom Otys fields with what the job boards require: salary indications, benefits, required certificates, and screening questions. Nubos configures the mapping based on your Otys settings and the specifications of each job board. If you change that data in Otys, Recruit Connect automatically updates it on the job boards.

Yes. Status updates from Otys go back to the job boards: which candidates have been viewed, interviewed, or hired. The job boards train their algorithms with this, so they send better candidates to your vacancies in the future. Recruit Connect does this automatically, without extra work in Otys.

Recruit Connect links Otys to more than 20 job boards: jobs are automatically sent out, and applications come back into Otys. Recruit Enrich works on the same ATS connections and enhances applications via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and your own questions before they enter Otys. Recruit Website displays the vacancies from Otys on your own career site.

Recruit Connect automatically retrieves new and changed jobs from Otys. For most job boards, changes in job title, salary, location, or description are processed within 2 hours. If you set a vacancy in Otys to closed or filled, it automatically disappears from all linked job boards.

Yes. During the setup, you choose the job boards with Nubos and set filters based on values from Otys, such as category, location, or salary. For example, IT jobs go to ICTerGezocht, technical positions go to Technicus, and all job postings go to Indeed. Nubos prepares those filters for you during the setup.

On average, it takes a week from kickoff to going live. After a 30-minute kickoff, Nubos sets up the connection with Otys and the field mapping in 1 to 2 days, then you test together with us for 2 to 3 days before going live. A connection with Indeed requires an additional week for validation by Indeed.

API access to Otys is required for the connection; Nubos helps you arrange that. Additionally, Nubos requests a few sample job postings for testing, accounts with the job boards you want to use (which Nubos can often arrange as well), and approximately 30 minutes for the kickoff and 1 to 2 hours for the review.
