Yes. Recruit Connect integrates Recruitee via the Recruitee API with over 20 job boards, including Indeed, the National Job Board, Meta, and TikTok. Job postings synchronize automatically, applications are fully imported, and candidate profiles and pipeline steps in Recruitee are updated immediately. Your recruiters continue to work in Recruitee.

Applications via job boards appear in Recruitee within minutes, including those via Indeed Easy Apply, Meta Lead Forms, and TikTok Lead Generation. Recruit Connect correctly creates the candidate profile so your team can assess the candidate in Recruitee, provide feedback, and track communication.

Recruit Connect links job titles, locations, salary ranges, employment types, departments, tags, and custom fields from Recruitee to the job boards. Screening questions from Recruitee are synchronized with the application forms of the job boards. If you change that data in Recruitee, Recruit Connect automatically updates it on the job boards.

Yes. Recruit Connect places specific job postings on specific job boards with filters based on department, location, employment type, or Recruitee tags. For example, IT jobs go to tech sites and all jobs go to Indeed, while you continue to work in Recruitee. Nubos sets up those filters during the setup.

Recruit Connect links Recruitee to over 20 job boards: job postings automatically go out and applications come back into Recruitee. Recruit Enrich works on the same ATS connections and enhances applications via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and your own questions before they enter Recruitee. Recruit Website displays the job postings from Recruitee on your own career site.

Recruit Connect automatically retrieves new and modified job postings from Recruitee. For most job boards, changes in job title, salary, location, or description are processed within 2 hours. If you mark a job posting in Recruitee as closed or filled, it automatically disappears from all linked job boards.

Yes. During the setup, you choose the job boards with Nubos and we set filters based on values from Recruitee, such as category, location, or salary. For example, IT jobs go to ICTerGezocht, technical positions go to Technicus, and all jobs go to Indeed. Nubos prepares those filters for you during the setup.

On average, one week from kickoff to going live. After a 30-minute kickoff, Nubos sets up the connection with Recruitee and the field mapping in 1 to 2 days, then you test for 2 to 3 days together with us before going live. A connection with Indeed requires an additional week for validation by Indeed.

API access to Recruitee is required for the connection; Nubos helps you arrange that. Additionally, Nubos requests a few sample job postings for testing, accounts with the job boards you want to use (which Nubos can often arrange as well), and approximately 30 minutes for the kickoff and 1 to 2 hours for the review.
