Yes. Recruit Connect processes data from Salesforce in compliance with GDPR and respects the security model of Salesforce. There is a data processing agreement, data is encrypted, and there are audit trails. Nubos is ISO 9001:2015 certified for creating API integrations and providing a SaaS platform.

Recruit Connect integrates Salesforce with more than 20 job boards: job vacancies are automatically sent out and applications come back into Salesforce. Recruit Enrich works on the same ATS integrations and enhances applications via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and your own questions before they enter Salesforce.

Recruit Connect automatically retrieves new and modified job vacancies from Salesforce. For most job boards, changes in job title, salary, location, or description are processed within 2 hours. If you mark a job vacancy in Salesforce as closed or filled, it automatically disappears from all connected job boards.

Yes. During the setup, you choose the job boards with Nubos and we set filters based on values from Salesforce, such as category, location, or salary. For example, IT vacancies go to ICTerGezocht, technical positions go to Technicus, and all vacancies go to Indeed. Nubos prepares those filters for you during the setup.

On average, one week from kickoff to go-live. After a 30-minute kickoff, Nubos sets up the connection with Salesforce and the field mapping in 1 to 2 days, then you test for 2 to 3 days together with us before going live. An integration with Indeed requires an additional week for validation by Indeed.
