Recruit Connect meldt de status van een sollicitatie terug aan Indeed, bijvoorbeeld bekeken, geïnterviewd of aangenomen. Indeed gebruikt die terugkoppeling in zijn algoritme, waardoor de kwaliteit van sollicitaties na verloop van tijd verbetert.

Eigen velden voor je campagnes

Per veld kun je waarden uit je ATS koppelen, een vaste waarde invullen, waarden combineren of logica toevoegen. Die velden gebruik je in de Indeed Campaign Manager om campagnes en budgetten preciezer in te stellen, bijvoorbeeld een aparte campagne voor vacatures boven een minimumsalaris.

Yes. Recruit Connect supports Indeed Apply, Indeed's Easy Apply feature. A candidate applies with just a few clicks using their Indeed profile data and does not need to fill out a long form. The application comes into your ATS without manual work.

Screener questions are additional questions that a candidate answers when applying via Indeed. With Recruit Connect, you can add those questions to your Indeed job postings, and the answers come back to your ATS. This way, you can see before the first interview whether a candidate meets your key requirements.

Disposition data is the status of an application that you report back to Indeed, such as viewed, interviewed, or hired. Recruit Connect sends that status from your ATS to Indeed. Indeed uses the feedback in its algorithm, improving the quality of applications for your job postings over time.

The costs for Indeed are agreed upon with Indeed. You manage budget and campaign settings yourself in the Indeed Campaign Manager; Nubos only processes your job data. Recruit Connect has packages based on the number of applications: up to 500, up to 2000, or up to 5000 applications.

A connection with Recruit Connect typically goes live within a week. For Indeed, an additional week is required because Indeed first validates the connection. Nubos guides you through that validation and arranges the approvals that Indeed requires. You will spend about 30 minutes on the kickoff and 1 to 2 hours on the review.

Yes. During the setup, you determine together with Nubos which job postings go to Indeed. This works with filters based on values from your ATS, such as category, location, or salary. For example, only a specific field goes to Indeed, while your other job postings go to other job boards.

Yes. To post on Indeed, you need an account with Indeed. If you don't have one yet, Nubos can often arrange it for you. After that, Recruit Connect handles the technology: job postings go from your ATS to Indeed, and applications come back into your ATS. You no longer need to enter job postings separately in Indeed.
