Recruit Connect automatically processes applications via Talent.com. They appear as complete applications in your ATS, with CV, cover letter, and contact details in the right place. Your recruitment team can start screening immediately, without having to retype data. Applications via Talent.com also do not get lost between the mailbox and ATS.

Yes. During the setup, you determine together with Nubos which jobs go to Talent.com. This works with filters based on values from your ATS, such as category, location, or salary. For example, only a specific field goes to Talent.com, while your other jobs go to other job boards.

The costs of Talent.com itself are agreed upon with Talent.com. You manage budget and campaign settings at the job board; Nubos only processes your job data and ensures it arrives correctly. Recruit Connect has packages based on the number of applications: up to 500, up to 2000, or up to 5000 applications.

If you mark a job as closed or filled in your ATS, Recruit Connect removes it from the feed for Talent.com and it will be removed from Talent.com. If you change a job, the new version will appear on Talent.com via the same feed. This way, no one applies for a position that has already been filled, without you having to adjust anything on Talent.com.
