Yes. During the setup, you determine together with Nubos which jobs go to Tweakers. This works with filters based on values from your ATS, such as category, location, or salary. For example, only a specific field goes to Tweakers, while your other jobs go to other job boards.

Yes. To post on Tweakers, you need an account with Tweakers. If you don't have one yet, Nubos can often arrange it for you. After that, Recruit Connect handles the technology: jobs go from your ATS to Tweakers, and applications come back into your ATS. You no longer need to enter jobs separately in Tweakers.

The costs for Tweakers are agreed upon with Tweakers. You manage budget and campaign settings at the job board; Nubos only processes your job data and ensures it arrives correctly. Recruit Connect has packages based on the number of applications: up to 500, up to 2000, or up to 5000 applications.
